DNA Doesn’t Start Our Psychoses, Psychopathy or Wars—We Do

NONE OF US CAN LIFT A FINGER TO SAVE OURSELVES, WHEN FIRST BORN. At birth, every one of us needs others to keep us alive, even to stop us falling to the ground. This means that we humans start out at a perilous disadvantage. Every living organism must be able to respond for itself—if it is to survive. Dinosaurs, for example, by failing to cope with climate change, necessarily became fossils—much as we seem determined to achieve for ourselves, today.
Thus, unless other human beings respond for us, when we first arrive into this challenging world—we perish. Worse, if our parents or other carers, fail to transfer this self-responding-ability on to us, as we grow up, as emphasised in “Measuring Morals Scientifically”—we remain at risk, throughout our lives. This paper traces this perilous fact of human development through psychosis, psychopathy and war—and in doing so, it uncovers a 100% cure.
IN SUM—taking responsibility for ourselves (i.e. our “Agency”) has to run the gauntlet of our upbringings. If, within 20 minutes of being born, Ethan-A (“in a species-annihilating rage”) can transmute into Ethan-B (“a beatific peacefulness”), as in Figure 1—why can’t we?
It has seven sections—(1) A Single Picture Tells You What No “Scientific” Words Ever Can. (2) PSYCHOSIS—sees no exit from Ethan-A. (3) PSYCHOPATHY—wreaks revenge for Ethan-A. (4) WAR—weaponises Ethan-A. (5) Let’s move from Ethan-A to Ethan-B. (6) Bombing is so banal; it’s beyond stupid. (7) Shakespeare refutes the Uncertainty Principle better than Einstein.
